You will then receive a provisional confirmation with a payment link for the deposit of 200 EUR (credit card or PayPal). To guarantee your booking, please pay the deposit within 48 hours.

 

The balance can be paid online a few days before the tour, or in cash to your personal driver guide during the tour.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

The price quoted is the total tour price for up to six passengers (or four passengers with travel luggage for transfer services).
All tour prices include:

• Transport in a minivan (up to six passengers)
• My services as your private driver guide
• Parking
• On board bottled water
• All taxes
• Insurance

All tour prices exclude:

• Admission fees to attractions (for incurring admission fees, please see tour details)
• Meals and snacks
• In multiple day tours: possible cost for accommodation
• Price for possible extra hours (only charged in case YOU wish to extend a tour - no extra hours charged for delays due to traffic jams, bad weather conditions or similar reasons). Price per extra hour: € 105.00
  

 

Bookings and Payment:

Bookings have to be made in writing by email or fax. Once your booking details have been confirmed, a € 200.00 deposit is required. This can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
The final payment can be made online before the tour or during the tour (you will receive a link to pay the balance in your booking confirmation).

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations by the traveler:
Cancellations have to be made in writing by email or fax. The cancellation fees are determined by the date the cancellation is received by Munique Tours as follows:

• Cancellation received more than 30 days before the tour date and all cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation: € 25 service charge + incurring bank charges and possible exchange rate losses.
• Cancellation received 30 days or less before the tour date: € 200
• Cancellation received 7 days or less before the tour date: full tour price.

You are encouraged to obtain cancellation insurance. In certain circumstances, this will cover the cost of cancellation. To compare different insurance companies, you may find the following page helpful: www.QuoteWright.com.

Cancellations by Munique Tours:
If I cannot do a booked tour due to serious circumstances, I will make every effort to find a suitable substitute or offer you a different date. If both alternatives do not work for you, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Munique Tours takes no responsibility for any expenses or consequential losses as a result of the cancelled booking such as non-refundable flight or other travel costs, loss of earnings, loss of enjoyment, etc. The liability of Munique Tours for cancelled services is limited to the amount paid by the traveler.
In case you are likely to be delayed for the start time of the tour, please inform me immediately by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. I will try to adapt the tour to a different schedule. It might be impossible to reschedule certain elements like tours inside Neuschwanstein or other attractions that require a prior reservation - particularly during high season. The ending time of the tour cannot usually be changed. The entire cost of the tour has to be paid.
All guests must have a valid passport on them during the tour.
